Cancellation Policy

Bookings are confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received. Final guest numbers must be confirmed before the event date, and all outstanding balances must be paid prior to the session unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are non-refundable once materials, venue arrangements, or custom designs have been prepared. Bookings may be rescheduled once, subject to availability and sufficient notice. Any non-recoverable costs already incurred by Creative Calm may still be charged in the event of cancellation. Custom workshop concepts and artwork designs are created based on the client’s selected theme, branding elements, or inspiration references. Final creative interpretation and workshop formatting remain at the discretion of Creative Calm to ensure suitability for the experience, group size, and allocated session time. Guests are expected to respect the venue, facilitators, equipment, and fellow attendees at all times. Venues reserve the right to refuse admission or remove guests who do not comply with venue rules or acceptable behaviour standards. Creative Calm cannot be held liable in such instances. Clients remain responsible for damages caused by guests during the booking. Sessions begin at the agreed start time. Delays may reduce workshop time to avoid impacting venue schedules or subsequent bookings. Additional time requested on the day may be subject to additional charges and availability. While all reasonable care is taken during workshops and events, participation is at attendees’ own risk. Creative Calm will not be held responsible for loss, theft, personal injury, damage to belongings, venue-related disruptions, weather conditions, load shedding, or circumstances beyond our control. Photos and videos may be captured during sessions for marketing and social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.
